Delete aliases obsolete since 21.1 and 22.1

* lisp/ls-lisp.el (ls-lisp-dired-ignore-case):
* lisp/files.el (find-file-not-found-hooks): Delete variable aliases,
obsolete since 21.1 and 22.1 respectively.
